oh well i'm playing PG probaly or SF this year i use to be PF but i as too short(vert helped gaurd some bigger guys though

yeah i know but i'm heavy enough to play PF i weight more then you( i know you said strength base but i do have an okay one but i need to get the deadlift/squat up

I notice you talk heaps about deadlifts, squats and hangcleans there not the main aspect of vert so just wondering why do you like to talk about them

what are the main aspects of vert then? as for weightlifting, squats, hangcleans and deadlifts would be a few of the best exercises.

i think they are very important aspects for vert training(weights) I would liek to have a good squat have you noticed most NBA players have great squat and deadlifts for there weight and power clean is because thats how i get the weight on my back for squats cause i dotn have a squat rack

i dont do a lot of deadlifts cuz my back hurts when i do it sometijmes, even if i am keeping it straight, so im prolly not doing it right
