i heard that too.... i also heard that it is natural... but i doubt that..

he must have done at least some training. people aren't born with 50 inch vertical jumps.

DR. J said his was all natural.. and he had a 40 inch vert, he might not have done a jumping program, but he musta jumped around alot

jumping around a lot is kind of training not serious though.

don't use ankle weights. they pull on your tendons and mess yoru ankle area up.

It depends how often u use them like if u walk around in them all day for 1 week u will have minor problems

There are weights and u strap them to your ankle and walk around and ball in them u will get gaines but ur achillies tendons will be all stuffed up if u use em to much and it really hurts when ur tendons are stuffed up I have Achillies Tendonitis And it really hurts
